Coach Trent Miles describes his favorite play:

“Power.

“We block down, the guard pulls around and leads up on the front-side inside linebacker, running back takes a jab step and comes down to the backside A-gap.

“My previous stop, two years ago, we ran it 168 times during the course of a season and averaged 7.8 yards per carry on it.

“It’s my favorite play in the world.

“(I learned it) probably when my dad was teaching football in the 1970s. It’s one of the oldest plays in football.

“Down, down, pull around. Let’s go.”
