The restaurant’s newest menu item has sparked an online debate over which fast food chain serves the best chicken sandwich.

Wendy’s, Bojangles, and Shake Shack have all entered the battle.

But the main competition seems to be between Popeyes and Chick-fil-A.

Some posted videos of their first impression of the Popeyes sandwich.

Others said the entree was sold out or revealed the lines were long at their local Popeyes thanks to hashtags like #ChickenSandwichTwitter or #ChickenSandwichWar.
