Will consider House Bill 9, which would prohibit filming under a person's clothing ("upskirting"); HB 67 would stiffen penalties for breaking into cars; HB 90 would make it a crime for a local elected official to vote on purchases if the official has an economic interest in the company; HB 124 appears to make minor chances to the law regarding public assistance fraud

1 p.m.: Intragovernmental coordination, 403 CAP
1 p.m. Ways and Means Ad Valorem subcommittee: HB 204, related to taxing e-commerce sites.
2 p.m. Health and Human Services, 606 CLOB. HB 165 would provide that maintenance of certification shall not be required as a condition of licensure to practice medicine,
2:30 p.m.Military Affairs Working Group, 515 CLOB
3 p.m. Setzler Subcommittee of House Judiciary Non-Civil, 506 CLOB . HB 32 relating to sexual assault by persons with supervisory or disciplinary authority, so as to prohibit sexual contact between school employees or agents and students.
3:30 PM Motor Vehicles, 515 CLOB. HB 136, would require people applying for a drivers' license or ID to surrender any license from another jurisdiction

12 p.m. Rules — Upon adjournment 450 CAP

2 p.m. Economic Development and Tourism, MEZZ 1: Hearing only on SB 2, which aims to reduce regulations on businesses.
2 p.m. Health and Human Services, 450 CAP. Will take up SB 8, which pertains to hospital billing, and SB 16, a medical marijuana bill.
