Georgia is still grappling with the best way to evaluate teachers and determine which are excelling. It’s a more complicated calculation than just looking at student test scores, according to educators. I talk about the challenges in remaking teacher evaluations. Speaking of test scores, Georgia just released the results of the first Georgia Milestones exams, and they weren’t good.
