Los Angeles Lakers superstar and 5-time NBA champion Kobe Bryant announced Sunday that he will retire at the end of the 2015-16 NBA season.
Bryant opted to go straight to the NBA after high school and embarked on what would become a 20-season career with one team. No NBA player has been with one franchise for as long as Bryant has, and he's got highlights to show for it.

Bryant also scored 62 points in three quarters earlier that season.
The second batch of highlights come in the form of his top 10 career plays. The video was posted to the NBA YouTube account in 2013.
Bryant announced his retirement via an open letter on The Player's Union website, which caused it to crash for a little bit once the news broke.
