A traffic camera captured the dramatic moment a small plane made an emergency landing on a New Jersey highway over the weekend.
The plane carrying students from the Skydive East Coast sky diving school lost power Sunday.
In video released by Stafford Police, you can see the pilot landing safely on the grass median between the east and west bound lanes of Route 72.
The plane avoided all vehicles. The pilot says it was just like landing at the airport except for few shudders as the plane hit some road signs. A gash requiring stitches on the pilot's arm was the only injury.
The FAA is investigating the plane but no cause for the failure has been released.
