A Texas teen is speaking out about the shocking viral video he shot of a McKinney police officer throwing a girl to the ground and pulling a gun on youths at a pool party.
According to NewsFix, Brandon Brooks, 15, caught the incident at Craig Ranch North Community Pool on camera. Officers were called to the scene Friday evening following claims that several teens were at the pool without permission and refused to leave, but some news reports said many of the youths were invited and had passes. His video, which had 8 million views on YouTube early Tuesday, appears to show McKinney police Cpl. Eric Casebolt using profanity, slamming 15-year-old Dajerria Becton to the ground, and drawing his weapon on other teens, according to KDFW.

"He trips and drops his flashlight," Brooks said of Casebolt, who has been placed on administrative leave as the police department investigates the incident. "He's going crazy, putting people in handcuffs, tackling people, slinging them on the ground."
Brooks said Casebolt's treatment of Becton and the other teens was inappropriate.

"I think she was quote unquote running her mouth, and she has freedom of speech and that was very uncalled for him to throw her to the ground," Brooks told NewsFix. "When he pulled his gun, my heart dropped. As soon as he pulled out his gun, I thought he was going to shoot that kid. That was very scary."
Brooks also said he thinks race played a part in the incident.
“I was one of the only white people in the area when that was happening," Brooks said. "You can see in part of the video where he tells us to sit down, and he kinda like skips over me and tells all my African-American friends to go sit down.”
