Taco Bell voted best Mexican restaurant in US

A Harris Poll released in 2018 has put Taco Bell as the best Mexican restaurant in the United States following a survey of over 77,000 customers.

The Harris Poll EquiTrend study assessed over 3,000 brands in more than 300 categories. The study revealed the strongest brands in three categories: familiarity, quality and purchase consideration.

Many found the results troubling, but others noted that the choices in the category included Baja Fresh, Chipotle, Del Taco and Qdoba.

The Harris Poll is one of the longest-running public opinion surveys in the U.S.
