This Pi Day is special for a couple of reasons.
For one, it's a Pi Day that comes once in a century.
Second, it's also National Potato Chip Day, and while the mathematics origin behind Pi Day is understood (22/7=3.14...), the reason for the potato chip's special day is a little less clear.
Nonetheless, potato chips are arguably a staple of any lunchtime meal, and a debate over which weird-yet-blissful flavor amongst sour cream and cheddar, salt and vinegar and barbecue is truly the best, some flavors are downright ridiculous.
While March 14 is recognized as National Potato Chip Day in 2015, the beloved snack is adored and devoured around the world daily.
Potato possibilities are practically endless, but, on Pi Day 2015, the potato chip is certainly one of the best ways to enjoy the humble tuber.
What's your favorite flavor?
