People who have pigs for pets can relate to Penny Phillip's struggle.
The Phillips' 6-month-old unnamed pig managed to hop over his four-and-a-half foot electric fence Thursday after being startled by horses.
The pig was anxious and unsettled, so Phillips hopped onto the trampoline while waiting for the pig to calm, she said.
After failed attempts to fend off the pig, she noticed he eventually dug a hole and wasn't going to go anywhere.
Phillips waited two hours before calling for help.
Deputies from the sheriff's office arrived and, with sticks, were able to guide the 350-pound pig back into his fence.
It wasn't the first time the situation had happened however. Phillips' daughter, Valerie, said the pig trapped her on the trampoline once, too.
The pig "needs a girlfriend."
Her son Jonathan doubts the pig will get lucky because of his hygiene but called the incident "funny."
