This superhero is conquering the universe one hot dog at a time.
Outside a courthouse in Milwaukee, 42-year-old David Robertson has found a surefire way to draw a crowd to his hot dogs and brats food cart.
He dresses up as Superman.
Robertson told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel that he has had a lifelong love of Superman and that the caped crusader is one of his favorite superheroes.
The costumed food vendor has battled epilepsy since he was a baby. A surgical procedure has greatly reduced the amount of seizures Robertson has, which had been up to eight times a month at one point.
His improved health allowed him to take the food cart job.
Robertson says customers seem to like the Superman routine, complete with original chants. He also boasted that none of the other local food cart vendors have the guts to wear a superhero costume.
