Beatrice Ostrowski is not letting a rare genetic syndrome stop her.
Beatrice suffers from Poretti-Boltshauser syndrome, a condition that has effected her neuromuscular system and her eyesight, WDJT reported.
But the despite the challenges she faces, Beatrice wants what all kids want: a chance to ride a bike. And you can help her wish come true by giving your vote for an online contest to win a specially made tricycle.
The bike, which has straps for her feet and one that holds her to the seat, would cost $3,000 if not for the contest.
"It will help her work really hard and improve her muscles and even get her to that walking and even so she can interact with the kids in the neighborhood and cousins and friends without feeling like she's different," Laura Ostrowski told WDJT.
Voting is free and you can cast your vote every day until March 31.
