"She was absolutely devastated,” the woman’s attorney said.

“That is the most private of private medical information that was posted on Facebook and went out to a group on Facebook that had a huge dissemination."

 WLWT reports the info said she had tested positive for syphilis.

The woman’s ex-boyfriend is accused of convincing two hospital employees to post the records.

The suit claims The University of Cincinnati Medical Center hasn’t acted fast enough in the case.

The Cincinnati Enquirer says the hospital did send a memo to all employees reminding them the "unauthorized sharing of medical records would be cause for immediate termination."
