An Orlando mother was arrested after encouraging her young daughter to attack another girl.

Repletha Andrews was arrested and charged with child neglect and battery. She allegedly threatened to attack the victim herself.

Police said Andrews encouraged her 8-year-old daughter to attack a 9-year-old girl on Saurday. The incident was recorded on a cellphone video that the other mother saw.

"I was very angry. I wanted to go take care of it myself. But I didn't take the law into my own hands, I called the police," Carmen Harris said.

Andrews was lectured by a judge at the Orange County Jail Monday.

"If you have contact with (the 9-year-old girl), I will put you back in jail, and I will hold you with no bond. You figure it out. You're the one that created this mess, now you figure it out," the judge said.

Carmen Harris said she believed Andrews was the peacekeeper between the young girls, until she saw the cellphone video. Both girls attend the same elementary school.

Andrews bonded out of the Orange County Jail on Monday afternoon.
