A supportive teacher makes for a good teacher, and one fifth-grade teacher fits the bill.

To motivate her fifth-grade students as they prepared for their PARCC (Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers) testing, Mrs. Langford wrote inspirational messages on each of her students’ desks. Each note was personalized and written in dry-erase marker.

Langford works at Evergreen Avenue Elementary School in Woodbury, New Jersey.
