A group that calls itself "Toni's Team," is trying to make sure people in need in its community can stay warm this winter.
It started with only a few coats taped up arond Huntington, West Virginia. Attached, was a simple message, "If you need me, I am yours. God bless you. Team Toni," WCHS reported.
The note means if you're cold, and in need of a coat, take one.
Throughout the past few days, dozens of jackets have been taped to light and utility poles in the community.
Members are also doing community coat drives, according to the group's Facebook page.
The group is named in honor of Toni Black, who died of lung cancer in 2012.
The coats on poles initiative is part of the group's push to, as a representative of "Toni's Team" says, love others as you wish to be loved, WCHS reported.
