According to a trustee's report filed in federal court, Casey Anthony attorney Jose Baez should not get anything from a settlement in her bankruptcy, according to The Orlando Sentinel.
The $25K raised by the sale of Anthony's story should go to the bankruptcy trustees, according to the report.
Anthony filed for bankruptcy protection in 2013, listing $792,000 in debts.
Baez claimed that he was owed $397,431, the largest amount in the Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing.
Other creditors claiming that Anthony owed them money include the Orange County Sheriff's Office, $145,660; the IRS, $80,855; and Texas EquuSearch, the search-and-recovery group that combed Central Florida for 2-year-old Caylee in 2008.
In July 2014, Chief Judge Belvin Perry, who gained an international audience while presiding over Casey Anthony's murder trial retired after nearly 25 years on the bench.
