Ninety-two-year-old Donald Thompson, 75-year-old David Beyer and 70-year-old Noel Thompson met at the airport in Tampa, Fla. Friday. They told reporters there they still feel like complete strangers. (Via WPBF)

But how were they able to find each other after so much time apart?

With his daughter's help, David went on the genealogy site Ancestry.com and found his brother Noel. They thought they had found what they needed until they wound up finding another bombshell — a half-brother almost 20 years older than him. (Via Ancestry.com)

So the three finally got together to meet each other for the very first time. The brothers said it was all a bit overwhelming. (Via WFTS)

"I guess it's like a person having an empty spot in their life and not realizing what it is, but you still know there's something." (Via KETV)

The oldest brother, Donald, said he's amazed they have such a great bond even though they barely know each other — especially with a 22-year difference between the youngest and oldest siblings.

"It's just a bond, same way with David. It's just unbelievable to have that much spread that there would be that kind of a bond." (Via KIFI)
