Police are searching for the person who killed a family's 13-year-old blind beagle in their backyard.
Libby was a rescue that they'd had for about six years, the owners said.
They let all three of their dogs out into their fenced-in backyard Thursday night but Libby never came back.
They found her body in the yard with the head missing.
"Can't believe people are that sick,” owner Dennis Morrow said. “There are individuals out there that would enjoy doing something like this."
The dog’s head has not been recovered, Morrow said.
