What do you do with your empty beer cans? Recycle them or do you let your creativity flow?
The creative ones took part in Darwin's Beer Can Regatta over the weekend at Mindil Beach in Australia, Mashable reported.
It dates back to 1974 when a drinking festival changed focus into a more family friendly event, Mashable reported. It now is run by the area's Lions Clubs.
The main competition, called the “Battle of Mindil” is a treasure hunt where participants find hidden treasure in the water, then attempt to bring it back to shore without someone else playing pirate and taking it.
