As night turned to dawn the morning after riots broke out in Baltimore, a weary city was focused on cleaning up the mess and quelling the unrest.
By 3 p.m. ET, however, reports were circulating that officers had once again been assaulted with projectiles, and there had been at least one arrest made.
Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan estimated that the city’s police presence had roughly doubled.
As the city holds its collective breath, the mayor's office released these stats from the night before:

Unknown: Number of vehicle fires that involved police cars.

300: Approximate number of police officers on the ground in Baltimore.
9: Number of police jurisdictions involved.
200: Number of National Guard troops on the ground in Baltimore.
50: Number of National Guard troops awaiting deployment orders.
160: Number of Maryland state troopers on the ground.
19: Number of police officers injured.
1: Number of police officers still receiving treatment at a trauma center in Baltimore.
63: Approximate percentage of the population of Baltimore who are black.
30: Approximate percentage of the population of Maryland who are black.
24: Approximate percentage of Baltimore residents living below the poverty line.
10: Approximate percentage of Maryland residents living below the poverty line.
