A billboard that went up along a major street in Phoenix Friday is already generating strong opinion.

The billboard features the work of California-based artist Karen Florito, according to KPNX. A portrait of Donald Trump is accompanied by mushroom clouds and swastikas that have been redesigned to look like dollar signs. Instead of an American flag, Trump is wearing a Russian flag lapel pin.

Beatrice Moore, a longtime patron of the arts in Phoenix commissioned the controversial artwork for the billboard, which she owns. The billboard was erected Friday to coincide with the opening of a local arts festival.

While Moore and Florito expect to receive criticism from Trump supporters, they hope that people will express their opinions in a safe manner and that no one will be harmed.
