The Fayette County Public Arts Committee has two more openings for volunteer members. The 11-person board meets at 7 p.m. on the first Wednesday and third Monday of each month in Fayetteville to make recommendations to the Board of Commissioners regarding community-enhancing projects involving amateur and professional artists.

The open terms are for two years, starting June 1 and ending May 31, 2019. Applicants must be Fayette County residents. Forms, available from Tameca White at 770-305-5103 or www.fayettecountyga.gov, must be submitted by March 31.
