Tripp Road at East Cherokee Drive, northeast of Woodstock, will be closed to through traffic toward the end of the month for an intersection realignment and signal installation, Cherokee County officials announced.

The partial closure of Tripp is set for Friday, June 21, through Monday, July 1, as part of the Cherokee County Roadway Capital Program, officials said. East Cherokee will remain open to through traffic.

A detour will be posted for the duration of construction, utilizing East Cherokee, Mill Creek Road, Arnold Mill Road and North Arnold Mill Road, officials said. Information: 678-493-6077.
