A trio of men that apparently shoplifted video games from the Douglasville Toys R Us tried to run but were quickly caught Thursday afternoon.

Douglas County deputies pursued the trio's getaway car, which left the roadway on Pope Road near Ga. 92, a few miles away, Channel 2 Action News reported.

Inside the car, deputies found several video games, according to the report.
