Another week, another confusing sign for our readers to try and navigate.
Russ Marshall reached out to see if we could help solve his problem.
“This is the view looking east while sitting on Bells Ferry Road. So, which way is north to Kennesaw, and which way is south to Marietta? I’ve lived here for a long time and still get confused about which way to turn. Two simple signs on Cobb Parkway with arrows facing Bells Ferry Road east and west, please,” he said.
We sent the issue to the DOT and will keep you updated.

A reader is concerned about nearly invisible markings between lanes that make driving a nightmare.
“I commute using 17th street from Northside Drive east to Peachtree. On this street, especially from about Bishop over the bridge and to where Atlantic Station begins, the lane markings are so faint they’re almost invisible. When driving eastbound in the morning towards the sun, the glare makes them nearly invisible. So drivers in those three lanes have to do some guesswork to stay in their lane,” Rick Magnusen wrote.
He added the problem is probably a function of age and that this road takes full sun all the time.
“This road is overdue for a restriping,” he wrote.
We sent his request to the city and will keep you alerted.
