Sugar Hill is moving ahead with the necessary next steps in the concept and design phase for the construction of a new 22-acre park at 5494 Cumming Highway. A stormwater pond and dam condition assessment was conducted recently. A public meeting will follow later this spring to review the latest designs for parking and amenities.

Sugar Hill City Park will serve as a trailhead to the Sugar Hill Greenway. The park will feature a beautiful lake in its center. Construction is planned to phase in over the next 3 years.
