The Snellville City Council recently approved a new logo and city seal.
The logo consists of the cupola of city hall within the shape of an acorn. The acorn represents the city’s landmark municipal building and a grove of oak trees which once stood in the center of town and still populate much of city limits. The name of Snellville is displayed across the cupola/acorn and the colors match those adopted in the Snellville Downtown Development Authority’s Wayfinding Signage efforts.
The city seal will continue to be Snellville’s legal brand for all documents, records, publications and other business transactions, while the logo will be used for marketing, events, wayfinding signage and other public relations efforts.
