Sec. of Navy to speak at UGA commencement

U.S. Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus will serve as the commencement speaker at the University of Georgia's undergraduate  graduation ceremony, officials announced Wednesday.

Karen A. Holbrook, a senior vice president at the University of South Florida, will deliver the address at the graduate ceremony. Holbrook served at UGA’s provost from 1998 to 2002.

Both ceremonies will take place May 13, with the undergraduate ceremony being held in Sanford Stadium and the graduate ceremony taking place in Stegeman Coliseum.
