“Together Roswell,” a community engagement effort to develop the first citywide strategic plan, kicks off with a series of “Get Together Roswell” listening and learning sessions.
“During these sessions, the city’s consultants, Planning NEXT, will give a brief presentation introducing the process, with the majority of the time dedicated to small group discussions and activities,” according to a city announcement.
Four sessions are scheduled: 10 a.m.-noon Thursday, June 20, Roswell Adult Recreation Center (ARC), 830 Grimes Bridge Road; 2-4 p.m. Saturday, June 22, East Roswell Park Recreation Center, 9000 Fouts Road; 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, June 24, Roswell Area Park Bill Johnson Community Activity Building, 10495 Woodstock Road; and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, June 25, East Roswell Park Recreation Center.

“This plan will be driven by public engagement and supported by the conclusions drawn from these discussions,” said City Administrator Gary Palmer. “It’s critical that everyone get involved and help shape the future of Roswell.”
