A man who refused to give his name at a public hearing in Cobb County Tuesday was escorted out of the meeting by police. The man approached the podium prepared to speak in favor to changes to the backyard chicken policy, but refused to give his name claiming it was his right to speak without being identified. Chairman Tim Lee said the county had rules and procedures, and after a brief verbal exchange, the man was led off the podium and out of the meeting room by police.
