Three new developments will bring a total of 144 houses and townhomes to Peachtree Corners in the coming months and years, officials said.

The city outlined each of the projects in its latest newsletter. Construction on "Duke Reserve" and "Oglethorpe" are expected to begin by the end of the year. "The Terraces at Peachtree Corners" is still "in the early planning stages," officials said.

"New residential construction around town has certainly picked up since the city was incorporated just four years ago," the newsletter said. "In 2015 alone the city issued over 400 permits for residential construction."
