Norcross officials are seeking to create a Buford Highway Master Plan for the physical future redevelopment of the Buford Highway Corridor. The approximately 1.85 mile stretch of U.S. 23/Buford Highway is considered a gateway area into Norcross with roughly 30,000 trips daily along this stretch of roadway. The area is also considered a target zone for reinvestment and future growth in the city’s 2040 Imagine Our Future Comprehensive Plan.

The goal of the master plan will be to create in a coordinated and consistent manner a more livable and vibrant community. Norcross expects to engage the public in the plan process with future meetings and surveys. Proposals to create the plan are due by 11 a.m. March 17. Information: www.norcrossga.net.
