Avalon in Alpharetta isn’t just for shopping, dining and fun.

The mixed-use development has become a home for healthcare too.

Last week, Lile Wellness Partners, a preventative healthcare practice, announced that it was relocating its headquarters from Grosse Ile, Michigan to Avalon. It will host a grand opening celebration on Nov. 9 from 4 to 9 p.m.

Led by Dr. Laura Lile, the practice provides patients with “innovative and natural treatments” and specialized prescriptions, a release about the practice’s relocation says. The practice provides DNA testing, body composition analysis, IV vitamin therapy, infrared readings, hormone consultations and other services.

“At Avalon, wellness is one of our core values, and we look forward to partnering with Lile Wellness to further promote healthy, happy community experiences,” Cayley Mullen, the hospitality and marketing manager for Avalon, said in a statement.

While Lile Wellness is relocating its headquarters to Alpharetta, it will retain two offices in Michigan and one in Tennessee.

Its new Avalon location will also serve as a state-of-the-art training center for medical doctors along with mid-level providers and practitioners seeking to incorporate Lile's approach into their own practices. Training participants will get experience in preventative healthcare. During their stay for training, participants will lodge at The Hotel at Avalon.

“Due to our expanding range of services, we are experiencing significant growth as a practice, which is why we chose to relocate our headquarters to a vibrant destination like Avalon,” Lile said in a statement. “The community’s street-level energy and focus on the guest experience perfectly aligns with our passion for healing and enhancing the quality of life for our patients.”

Lile Wellness Partners began as Island Medical Practice in 2008. Lile is a graduate of Ohio State University and the Medical College of Ohio.
