A zoning change may soon allow for development of a 34-lot townhouse subdivision in Peachtree Corners. The City Council heard a first read for the request recently and will revisit the issue again with a public hearing at the Tuesday city council meeting at 147 Technology Parkway, Suite 200.

The proposed development on 4.36 acres at 3534 and 3544 Medlock Bridge Road between Spalding Drive and Bush Road is currently used by CC Waters Wrecker Services.

Each townhome will have about 2,100-square feet of heated space, a two-car garage, and a 20-foot pad at each garage for guest parking. A 20-foot buffer is included along the rear and side property lines. The plan suggests a single access point on Medlock Bridge Road, which would require a new curb cut to be located in the right-turn deceleration lane for the Northpointe Townhome Community.
