A six-year-old Dacula girl will be granted the 5,000th wish from the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Georgia and Alabama on Sunday.
Make-A-Wish officials will give liver transplant survivor Caroline, whose last name wasn’t released, a “puppy parade” in her honor from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Duluth Town Green.
The public is invited to join in a celebration that will include a band, a bounce house, an obstacle course, face painting and snow cones, among other things.
Caroline will be accompanied by Boo, her new Yorkshire puppy, and other puppies chosen by her to participate in the parade.
