Whether you love the snow or are jaded to its melted ways, you have to admit there’s something special about seeing it for the first time.

And there was a lot of snow to be seen throughout metro Atlanta.

The universe got to see SunTrust Park all snowed upon for the first time. The people who live nearby also got a kick out of the snow.

The AJC has combed through social media posts from metro Atlantans to find some choice moments of people or pets seeing snow for the first time today.
