Construction crews working for the Georgia Department of Transportation will create single lane closures between 9 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. beginning Monday, Feb. 3 until Friday, Feb. 7 for the Ga. 369 Browns Bridge replacement project over Lake Lanier in Hall County.

Crews will use the closures to pour concrete for the bridge’s substructure. The schedule can change depending on weather conditions.

This project will replace the existing structure with a new bridge featuring two 12-foot shoulders and 8-foot shoulders. The project was awarded to Scott Bridge Company, Inc. in October 2017 for approximately $28 million.

Drivers are reminded to slow down and drive alert through the construction zone.
