There are currently 34 pages of zoning requests that Cobb County planning commissioners will hear at their February meeting.

The proposed properties range from three gas stations to a 296-unit West Cobb housing complex and span from Kennesaw to Powder Springs.

The planning board will hear the cases Feb. 7, and the board of commissioners will see a presentation Feb. 21.

No cases are heard in January.

See the map below and descriptions of the proposals:

One of the three gas stations' zoning applications is being submitted by RaceTrac for the property at the northwest corner of Old Canton and Roswell roads.

The proposed Kennesaw housing development would be situated off Ernest Barrett Parkway by Town Center at Cobb.

The proposal puts the complex at 21.9 acres with an average unit size of 950 square feet.

The development would sit just south of the Barrett Creek Shopping Center at Chastain Meadows Parkway Northwest.
