Forsyth County has announced the launch of a new, interactive, map-based web application that lets residents see the status of proposed developments around the county.

"Insight2Forsyth gives residents the ability to easily access what is currently happening in Forsyth County and what plans are being proposed in their community," said county spokesman Brandon Kenney. The tool can be accessed from mobile phones, tablets and desktop computers at: www.forsythco.com/insights

The application was developed by Forsyth County Geographic Information Services. It lists such information as new applications for zoning changes and/or variances, special use permits, preliminary plans, zoning applications and zoning condition amendments.
