Queen Elsa from the Disney movie Frozen has been arrested.
The Hanahan police officers made the fake arrest.
The event was setup by GlassSlipper Productions. Elsa was arrested for freezing a fountain but was let out on bond shortly after because the frozen fountain melted and left no evidence.
