The city of East Point, in collaboration with the Airport West Community Improvement District now under the name Atlanta Aerotropolis, has partnered to create a new application called Access East Point for reporting non-emergency issues. The app allows the government to track, manage and respond to reports submitted.
Access East Point features technology that provides users access to the city of East Point while on the go.
Users will see a problem such as potholes, graffiti, damaged sidewalks, code violations, downed trees and power outages and click on the app to report the issue to the city. East Point will then fix the issue.
Users will also be able to provide East Point staff with pictures, videos, specific descriptions, and other valuable information needed to resolve a problem more efficiently.
Additional features of the app are: MARTA bus and rail schedules, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport flight information, direct access to the city of East Point website, ability to pay utility bills and parking tickets, calendar of events and more.
