The city of Dunwoody Municipal Court is conducting an amnesty program for defendants with past due traffic citations and/or active bench warrants for failing to appear in court.
Promoting lawful driving privileges, settling outstanding violations with the court and reducing arrests are the goals for the program. The amnesty program will run during June and July. Individuals may come to the Municipal Court 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays or Fridays only, at the Dunwoody Municipal Court, 41 Perimeter Center East, Suite 103.
During that time if individuals pay their fines in full, all contempt fees will be forgiven. If the individual’s offenses requires a mandatory court appearance, the individual will be granted a future court date to appear before a judge and all warrants will be cleared and warrant fees forgiven.
