The Dunwoody City Council will discuss expanding the Dunwoody Homeowners Association’s food truck event during the meeting at 6 p.m. today at Dunwoody City Hall, 41 Perimeter Center East, Suite 103. The Dunwoody Homeowners Association will request expanding the event to the Park at Pernoshal Court on Tuesday evenings, to introduce residents to the city’s newest park.

There will be a public hearing during the meeting for a rezoning and special land use permit request for 244 Perimeter Center Parkway, by its owner, Dunwoody Crown Towers, LLC. The corporation seeks to have a mixed business and residential zone. The city will also consider modifying the LED prohibition of the city’s sign ordinance. The goal is to make the “least restrictive law” possible, to encourage efficiency and practicality in sign displays.
