Day Nine  in the trial of Hemy Neuman, charged in the Nov. 18, 2010 death of Dunwoody businessman Rusty Sneiderman, was canceled before it began Friday morning in DeKalb Superior Court. Judge Gregory Adams called off the session due to a matter he said was unrelated to the Neuman case.

Prosecution: DeKalb DA Robert James and Chief Assistant DA Don Geary.

Defense: Attorneys Bob Rubin and Doug Peters

9:15 a.m.: Adams says that due to an unrelated matter, court today is canceled, will resume Monday morning.

9:13 a.m.: Lawyers huddle with Judge Adams to discuss a message from the jury. Adams says jurors said they were shown on TV cameras, and Adams reminds that jurors are not to be shown on camera.

9:12 a.m.: Jurors enter courtroom.

9:10 a.m.: Judge Adams enters courtoom, meets with lawyers.
