With the increase in permit activity, project review, and related project implementation, the Duluth Planning Division requires immediate but short-term assistance on developing a variety of documentation. Specifically, there is a need for assistance with developing updated templates for application checklists, completing the review and research for final recommendations on permit fees, and assisting as needed with planning evaluations on project cases.
To meet the need, the Duluth City Council agreed to enter into a contract with Jerry Weitz and Associates for professional planning assistance.
Fees are not to exceed $10,000 with the consultant’s hourly rate of $100.00.
