The Doraville City Council will hold a public hearing 6:30 p.m. Monday at Doraville City Hall, 3725 Park Ave. The hearing is for two conditional use permits and an ordinance variance.
Seung Kim for International Beverage is seeking a conditional use permit to operate a liquor store at 5224 Buford Highway.
Stephen Macauley for Nexus Development is requesting a variance to reduce stream buffer setback requirements at 5597 Buford Highway.
Michael Uriaga for Next Door Relocators LLC wants a conditional use permit to operate a moving and storage company at 3613 and 3615 Clearview Place. The applicant also seeks a variance to remove the fencing requirement for the business.
