DeKalb County District 4 Commissioner Steve Bradshaw will host his third Quarterly in the Fourth community breakfast meeting from 9 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 28, at Elizabeth Andrews High School, 1701 Mountain Industrial Blvd., Stone Mountain, according to a press release.
Commissioner Bradshaw launched Quarterly in the Fourth Community Breakfast meetings at Clarkston High School and Stephenson High School earlier this year to make himself available to constituents in District 4.
“It is important that constituents have access to me and are able to talk with me about their community concerns,” Commissioner Bradshaw said.
The final Quarterly in the Fourth meeting in 2018, which are held on the fourth Saturday of each quarter, will be Oct. 27, with the location to be determined.
Meetings begin at 9 a.m. with breakfast being served. In addition the University of Georgia’s Cooperative Extension Fresh on DeK, DeKalb County’s Mobile Farmers will be on site. Event attendees will be able to purchase fresh produce at a reduced cost and participate.
“I have met with many of my constituents and have heard their ideas for a better DeKalb and it’s my goal to continue to make myself accessible to constituents in District 4,” said Commissioner Bradshaw.
The focus of these community meetings is to provide residents with information and resources and to address the concerns of Commissioner Bradshaw’s constituents. Representatives from DeKalb County Government service departments will be available as well.
