Decatur launching energy efficiency program

Decatur homeowners can earn up to $1,000 in rebates for home performance improvements under a new energy efficiency program.

Decatur Worthwhile Investments Save Energy, or WISE, is in addition to a similar program from Georgia Power which offers up to $2,200 in rebates. A grant from the U.S. Department of Energy is funding the program.
