Dart Container Corporation is hiring 30 full-time new employees at its Lithonia plant.
The company is partnering with DeKalb Workforce Development for a hiring event Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 774 Jordan Lane, Bldg. 4, Decatur. The “inspector packer positions” pay $12.26 per hour, according to a news release from the county.
“This partnership between DeKalb Workforce Development and Dart Container reflects the continued commitment to provide employment opportunities for DeKalb residents,” DeKalb interim CEO Lee May said. “Those who are actively seeking employment are encouraged to attend this hiring event.”
Dart owns Solo Cup Company and manufactures cups, plates, containers, lids and straws.
